I might have some mistakes

I made a flag-map for Arkhangelsk Oblast; the borders are shaky because it's my first traced flag map (Arkhangelsk Oblast didn't have a blank map so I grabbed the Wikipedia's Arkhangelsk Oblast highlighted map and traced it) so please correct me if I did the borders wrong.
