The flag of the region is heraldic, . derived from the regional emblem by a simple transcription on a sheet in a ratio of 2: 3.

Official description: “Square leaf. A Czech lion in the upper pole red field. The lower pole field consists of two horizontal stripes, blue and green, in a ratio of 7: 3. White plow on a green stripe. Upper flowing field a blue stripe one-tenth the width of the field, a green three-peaked, three-fifths wide, and a blue wavy stripe with three white wavy stripes, from which a white square tower with a seven-tooth battlement, an empty gate and a raised yellow lattice grows into the green three-peak . In the lower flowing red field, a white lion with yellow armor and two tails with two yellow knots at the intersections. The lion has a white bowler helmet on his head with a yellow crown and yellow folded eagle wings. A white ring hinge with a yellow hem merges from under the helmet."
