The flag of the region is quartered : two squares (yellow - green) at the hoist, two rectangles (blue-red) at the fly. The ratio is 2:3 as usual.
Coat of Arms: A square shield, in the first, green field a golden double-armed cross with roots, accompanied on the sides by two golden fir branches. The second field is blue, with silver spruce growing from a silver rock, a golden crown laid over the trunk of a tree. The third field of blue, with three roses. A fourth field of green with a silver wavy stripe, above it a golden, walking bear with silver armor.
