The flag of Aosta Valley is one of the official symbols of the region of Aosta Valley, Italy. The current flag was adopted on 16th March 2006.

The flag was in unofficial use since 1947, and was then adopted as official with the Regional Law of 2006. It is believed that during WW2, to counteract the endeavours of Mussolini who tried to "italianize" the region by acting against the French language inside the Aosta Valley community, the anti-fascists, such as Emile Chanoux, adopted a red and black flag, which later became the flag of the region through common use.
