Baguio, officially the City of Baguio (Ibaloi: Siudad ne Bagiw; Ilocano: Siudad ti Baguio; Tagalog: Lungsod ng Baguio), is a highly urbanized city in the Cordillera Administrative Region, Philippines. It is located in the province of 
Benguet geographically, but functions as an independent city.

The flag has a 1:2 proportion with a plain white field and its city seal on the center.[1] Although, there are other variations in which the city flag is featured on a golden field.
