The flag of the Bosnian-Podrinje Canton is a blue-yellow vertically divided bicolor with the coat of arms in the middle. The coat of arms is a shield shaped according to the medieval Bosnian tradition, vertically split in yellow with three blue bordered five-pointed stars, and in blue a golden lily above five yellow wavy lines.

The first symbols of Bosnian Podrinje Canton are prescribed in Law Zakon o grbu i zastavi Bosanko-podrinjskog kantona GoraŽde, adopted on 25 April 1997 by the Canton Assembly and published in August 1997 in the Canton official gazette Službene novine Bosansko-podrinjskog kantona Goražde, No. 7.

The flag, in proportions 3:5, is horizontally divided green-white with the coat of arms in the middle.
