Catanduanes, officially the Province of Catanduanes (Tagalog: Lalawigan ng Catanduanes) is one of the 82 provinces of the Philippines. It is located off the eastern coast of Luzon, and is designated in the Bicol Region.

The flag has a 1:2 proportion with a plain green field. The provincial seal is on the center of the flag.
