The flag of the Cayman Islands, a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean, consists of a Blue Ensign defaced with the territory's coat of arms. Adopted in 1959 to supplement the Union Jack and to replace the flag of the Colony of Jamaica, it has been the flag of the Cayman Islands since the territory was granted self-government that year.

The coat of arms, granted in 1958, has three green stars for the three inhabited islands, and a lion for the UK. In the crest, a turtle represents seafaring, and a pineapple alludes to the coat of arms of Jamaica, of which the Caymans were a part before Jamaica's independence. The motto is "He hath founded it upon the seas", a line from Psalm 24.

The flag originally included a white disc around the coat of arms. Following a change to the Ministry of Defence flag reference in 1999, the disc was removed, and a white outline was added to the coat of arms. However, the version with the disc is still often used in an official capacity.
