The Flag of the Darien Province does not have a date of its creation, nor is it known who created it. It is a rectangle divided into two stripes, one blue and one green, diagonally, with four stars in the middle, forming a semicircle.
The blue strip represents Darien in its entirety, its soils, its inhabitants, agriculture and crops, the fertility of its lands and the hard work that workers use to maintain the development of this province. Likewise, it symbolizes the Pacific Ocean and its hydrographic basins.
The green strip represents the forests and jungles that are found in its entirety throughout the province of Darien. The green color is located as a sign of the Darien National Park, in which it has extraordinary forests and tourist sites where you can enjoy a magical experience.
