Eastern Samar (Waray-Waray: Sinirangan Samar; Tagalog: Silangang Samar), officially the Province of Eastern Samar, is a province in the Philippines located in the Eastern Visayas region.

The flag is a 1:2 flag consisting of a vertical triband with the colours of: Blue (#000080), White (#FFFFFF) and Red (#F43424) with the seal of the province on the center.
