Caldas

The Flag of Caldas Departament is made up of the colors yellow and green, arranged vertically in equal parts, so that the yellow part corresponds to the flagpole. The normal measurements of the flag are 1.50 m long and 1.05 m wide.

yellow (gold): color symbolizes, nobility, magnanimity, wealth, power, constancy and wisdom;

green: represents the foliage of the coffee trees; the freshness and fertility of the fields, as well as the hope for the prosperity of the Department.
