The flag of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (NMI or CNMI), a United States insular area in the western Pacific Ocean, is a blue field charged with a flower wreath, a Chamorro latte stone, and a white five-pointed star.

The first distinct flag for the Northern Mariana Islands, a star and a latte stone on a blue field, was officially adopted in 1972 by the District of the Northern Mariana Islands and in 1976 by the CNMI. The wreath was added in 1981.

The Northern Mariana Islands were a part of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, together with Palau, the Marshall Islands and Micronesia, until 1986. The islands of the Trust Territory used the flag of the United Nations before adopting a distinct flag in 1965. The 1965 flag consists of a ring of six white stars on a blue field, similar to the current flag of Micronesia.
