The Flag of Sverdlovsk Oblast Is Official Since February 4, 1997 And Modified in April 12, 2005.

the Flag of Svedlosk Oblast is a rectangular panel with a height to length ratio of 2: 3, consisting of four horizontal stripes, from top to bottom - white (7/20 width from the height of the banner), blue (9/20 width from the height of the banner), white (1/20 of the width of the banner) and green (3/20 of the width of the banner) colors.

The Original Version was a rectangular panel with four stripes over the entire length of the flag: on the top is white, in the middle is blue (azure), and below is green, separated from the blue and white narrow strip. The ratio of the strips along the total flag width is set as 7/20, 9/20, 1/20, 3/20. The ratio of the width of the flag to its length is 2: 3. In the center of the flag is the full coat of arms of the Sverdlovsk Region at a distance of 3/20 from the top edge of the flag. The height of the full coat of arms is 1/2 the width of the flag. It is possible to play and use the flag without a coat of arms.
