The Flag of Ivanovo Oblast Is Official Since March 3, 1998,
The Flag is a rectangular cloth, divided into two equal fields: the left is scarlet, the right is azure, intersected by three narrow silver ribbons from below. In the center of the front side of the cloth over silver ribbons is the emblem of the Ivanovo Oblast. The primary colors of the flag of the region repeat the colors and metal of the heraldic field of the shield of its coat of arms. The ratio of the width of the flag to its length is 2: 3
