Guadeloupe is a French overseas region and department in the Caribbean. It has no official flag other than the French tricolour. Several flags are in use, including a heraldic banner of the largest town Pointe-à-Pitre, of which a black and red version exist, and a white field with the region's logo. Independentist party People's Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe (UPLG) uses a flag based on the Pan-African colours.
