The flag of {{w|Guam}} shows the {{w|Coat of arms of Guam|territorial coat of arms}} on a marine blue field and was adopted in 1948. A red border was added in 1960.

The coat of arms shows a {{w|proa}} boat sailing on Agaña Bay and a palm tree. The shield's {{w|Lens (geometry)|lens}}-like shape represents the shape of a Chamorro sling stone.
