The flag of Harju County is the flag of Harju County in Estonia.
The flag was registered on December 24, 1996. Previously, it was approved as the flag of Harju County by the President of the Republic on August 7, 1939.
Design[]
The flag of Harju County consists of two horizontal widths of equal width, the upper edge of which is white and the lower one green. In the middle of the white plateau is the coat of arms of Harju County.
The width / length ratio of the flag is 7:11 and the normal size is 105 × 165 cm.
