The flag of the province of Herrera is official since December 16, 2012, by resolution 29 that gave system to decree number 1 of January 2, 2013. It's a horizontal bicolor of yellow over blue with the light brown map of the province in the center and 7 blue stars representing the districts arranged in an arc above the map.

The sports and the unofficial flag of the Province of Herrera, is composed of a box divided into two horizontal stripes, a blue stripe and a yellow stripe. It is a symbol full of simplicity, but it reflects the values and elements that make up this beautiful province. It looks like Ukraine's flag.
