The Flag of Hrodna Oblast Is Official Since June 14, 2007, by Presidential Decree No. 279.
The flag is a rectangular red cloth with an aspect ratio of 1: 2, in the center of the front side of which there is an image of the coat of arms of the oblast without oak branches and a ribbon wrapping around them.
