The Flag of Issyk-Kul Oblast is official since September 19, 2009.
The Flag is a sky-blue color close to blue, which makes up the general background. In the middle of the flag there is a light yellow circle, meaning the sun with elements of moderate waves and mountains. On the side of the flagpole there are elements of a classic national ornament in the amount of 5 pieces.
