Komsomolsk-on-Amur (Russian: Комсомольск-на-Амуре, romanized: Komsomolsk-na-Amure) is a city in Khabarovsk Krai, Russia.

The flag of Komsomolsk-On-Amur is a horizontal tricolour in which the middle stripe is the largest. The top stripe is yellow, while the middle and biggest stripe is blue, and the bottom stripe is green. In the middle, there is the emblem of Komsomolsk-na-Amure, which contains a person holding 2 mountains with waves under them and sunlight coming in from in between the mountains in a shield.
