The flag of Lääne-Viru County consists of two horizontal widths of equal width, the upper edge of which is white and the lower one green. In the middle of the white plateau is the coat of arms of Lääne-Viru County.
The width / length ratio of the flag is 7:11 and the normal size is 105 × 165 cm.
Description of the coat of arms[]
Silver eagle with wings raised on the red shield, head turned to the left and golden legs and open beak. There is a golden ring around the head of the eagle.
