Masbate, officially the Province of Masbate (Masbateño: Probinsya san Masbate; Tagalog: Lalawigan ng Masbate), is an island province in the Philippines located west of the island of Luzon and is designated in the Bicol Region.

The flag features a 2:3 plain very light blue field with the provincial seal on the center of the flag. Numbers are placed on the left and right beside the provincial seal with the left text reading, "19" and the right reading "01"; which references the founding of the province.
