The flag of Moscow, Idaho is similar to Idaho's flag.

The flag of Moscow is almost identical to the flag of Idaho. The only difference is that the seal is replaced with the municipal seal. The scroll is the same as the one on the Idaho state flag with the scroll now saying "CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO". The seal contains a church steeple with a clock on it. To the left of the steeple are two pine trees. Half of the the trees are covered in shadows. To the right of the steeple is an autumn tree. There is also a white scroll which reads "CITY OF MOSCOW" with Moscow in a much bigger font. Under the scroll says the year "1887", the year Moscow was incorporated as a city.
