The Flag of orellana province is made up of three stripes which form it with their respective colors and designs. The first is triangular in shape and yellow in color joined to two side stripes; the upper one is black and the lower one is green. Yellow represents the richness of the soil of the Francisco de Orellana Canton. The black represents the oil wealth of the eastern subsoil, which is the progress and future of the country. The Green Represents our vegetation, hope of the people in the forest and agricultural wealth of the fruitful soil of the East.
