The flag of Pärnu County consists of two horizontal widths of equal width, the upper edge of which is white and the lower one green. In the middle of the white plateau is the coat of arms of Pärnu County.
The width / length ratio of the flag is 7:11 and the normal size is 105 × 165 cm.
