Official description: “Red-blue quartered leaf, Czech lion in the first pole field, white square wall with four teeth and five gaps in the lower pole field. In the broken gate with a black lyre in the arch there is a yellow globe, in the upper waving field a Moravian eagle, in the lower waving half of a white horse in a jump with yellow armor and bridles."
