The flag of the region is A sheet with an aspect ratio of 2: 3, consisting of four horizontal stripes in a width ratio of 2: 1: 1: 2, white, yellow, blue and red. The ratio is 2:3 as usual.
Coat of Arms: A halved shield, the first field of red, with three silver, wavy logs with a blue head with a gold, pearl-decorated crown. The second field divided by red and blue, in the upper field a golden lion with silver armor, in the lower three silver fish with gold armor, the upper larger, the lower smaller.
