The flag of Pärnu County is the flag of Rapla County in Estonia.
The flag was registered on November 7, 1996.
Design[]
The flag of Rapla County consists of two horizontal widths of equal width, the upper edge of which is white and the lower one green. In the middle of the white plateau is the coat of arms of Rapla County.
The width / length ratio of the flag is 7:11 and the normal size is 105 × 165 cm.
Description of the coat of arms[]
The first and fourth fields of the shield divided into four by a silver cross are red, the second field is golden and the third field is blue.
