Rochester, Minnesota's flag consists of a pale blue background, with Rochester's city seal in the center.

The Rochester Flag Project

A flag design competition was held between 2017 and 2018. The chosen flag features a dark blue background and a gold thick ring in the center. Inside the ring are three white six-pointed stars.
