The flag of Rochester Hills was adopted in 2011 and has remained the same since.

It is a stretched out version of the city logo. There are blue skies, followed by blue, green, and brown hills. There is a brown oak tree that is off centered. At the bottom of the flag says the city's name, with the "HILL" being bigger than "ROCHESTER" under that is the states name, with the text being colored in a dark teal color.
