Sandaun Province (formerly West Sepik Province) is the northwesternmost mainland province of Papua New Guinea (also known as home of the sunset).
Description[]
The flag of Sandaun Province is divided diagonally from the lower hoist-side corner to the upper fly-side corner: the upper triangle is black with 6 white stars and a blue setting sun with yellow rays and the lower triangle is red with the Raggiana bird-of-paradise.
