The flag of Setomaa municipality is the flag of Setomaa municipality, an Estonian administrative unit located in Võru County.
The flag was chosen as the flag of Setomaa at the VII Seto Congress on November 29, 2003 and approved by the rural municipality council on January 30, 2020.

The flag of Setomaa is a white rectangular flag with a Latin cross with a Setu Pankjavits waistband. The ratio of the width to the length of the flag is 6:11, the normal size is 102 × 183.6 cm. Justification The waistband stands for Setu handicraft traditions.
