South Asia, also known as the Indian Subcontinent, is a region located in southern Asia consisting of Afghanistan (sometimes assigned to Central Asia), Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Currently, the continental region does not have an official flag that represents the continent and its people.
