Official description: “Square leaf. A Czech lion in the upper pole red field. In the lower pole four vertical stripes, green, yellow, white and green in the ratio 2: 1: 1: 2. In the upper flowing field two vertical stripes white and blue, in the middle of a rose, red in white and yellow in a blue field, with a testicle of opposite colors and green calyx leaves. Lower flowing red field with a white square wall with three towers, the middle larger, with yellow roofs and poppies."
