The flag of the region is a 2: 3 aspect ratio sheet consisting of four horizontal stripes in a 1: 2: 2: 1 width ratio, blue, white, red and blue.
Coat of Arms: A divided shield, the first field silver-red halved, in the first field of gold, sapphire decorated crown grows a red, inverted deer with gold armor, in the second on a gold, pearl-crowned golden eagle with silver armor. In the lower, blue field, a silver halberd with a gold handle grows from the lower edge, folded with a silver bow with a gold string.
