The Turks and Caicos Islands are a British Overseas Territory, located in the North Atlantic near the Bahamas. Its flag is a Blue Ensign with the territory's shield of arms in the fly. The shield is yellow and depicts a queen conch, a spiny lobster and a Turk's cap cactus.[1]
