the Flag of Tver Oblast is a rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, consisting of three vertical stripes: yellow (at the shaft), red (in the center) and yellow; the width of each yellow strip is 1/4 of the length of the panel; in the center of the red strip are the figures of the coat of arms of the Tver region: a yellow throne on a two-stage elevation in yellow with no armrests and a high back, with a Monomakh hat lying on a seat on a green pillow with yellow jewelry and tassels. The overall width of the figures is the length of the panel.
