The flag of Valga County consists of two horizontal widths of equal width, the upper edge of which is white and the lower one green. In the middle of the white plateau is the coat of arms of Valga County.
The width / length ratio of the flag is 7:11 and the normal size is 105 × 165 cm.
Description of the coat of arms[]
the shield is cut diagonally in two. The upper blue side has four five-branched silver stars (the number of four counties that made up the county) and the lower silver field is blank. The blue tone of the coat of arms is PMS 285
